Reset Password
There are two options to reset your password.
1. Correctly answer two of three randomly selected password security questions.
2. Request a temporary password that will be emailed (from
LI-UCTS-UCMS-Communication@pa.gov
) to the email address that is on file for your Keystone/User ID. If you select the temporary password option you will be required to change your password and security questions after you login with the temporary password.
