	Enter Administrative User Information
	An administrative user has the ability to access and perform all functions within the self-service portal. They also have the capability to give other users access to the portal. Please provide the user information below to create an administrative user account.

As an employer, to obtain a Keystone/User ID a UC Account Number is required. To get a UC Account Number a PA Online Tax Registration must be completed. To complete a PA Online Business Tax Registration please go to https://mypath.pa.gov. More information on starting a business in PA can be found at www.business.pa.gov.
If you have already completed a PA Online Business Tax Registration, please go to UCMS Retrieve Account Page to retrieve your account number. You will need the Legal Name used on the PA Online Business Tax Registration, Federal Employer Identification Number, and the email address used for the preparer or authorizer on the PA Online Business Tax Registration.
